About Our Text Program
Pro Glass Repair LLC is a commercial and residential glass repair company serving the Washington DC metro area. We use text messaging to reply to customers who contact us first by phone, web form, or text — sending quote information, appointment confirmations, and answering questions about their glass repair. Messages are one-to-one responses to existing customer inquiries, not bulk or promotional campaigns. Customers consent by initiating contact, and every message includes STOP opt-out.
Opt-In Confirmation
When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
Canceling the Service
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (202) 929-0689. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.
